Queensbridge Square will come alive this Chinese New Year with three days of live performances from 19-21 February. This hub will also play host to the 2016 Chinese New Year Closing Ceremony which kicks off from 7pm on 21 February.
Program:
Day 1 – Friday 19 February
6:30pm-7:30pm: A Chinese Lion Dance, Dragon Dance, drumming and a cultural performance
Day 2 – Saturday 20 February
1:00pm-2:00pm: Roving entertainment, instruments and a Chinese Lion Dance
7:00pm-8:00pm: Cultural dance, martial arts demonstration, youth performances and a vocal solo
Day 3 – Sunday 21 February
1:00pm-3:00pm: Roving entertainment, drumming and a cultural performance.
7:00pm-9:00pm: Official Festival Closing Ceremony with a Chinese Lion Dance, Dragon Dance and cultural performances.
